لماذا الجائزة...؟
يعد عضو هيئة التدريس محورًا أساسيًا في أي مؤسسة تعليمية تسعى للارتقاء والتقدم، فلا يمكن أن تكتمل المنظومة التعليمية بأبعادها الثلاثة، التعليم والتعلم الفعال والبحث العلمي الرصين، وخدمة المجتمع إلا بوجود أستاذ جامعي متميز وطموح. ونظرًا لحرص جامعة الملك فيصل على توفير المناخ الأكاديمي المحفز لمنسوبيها من أعضاء هيئة التدريس رجالاً وسيدات، فقد بادرت عمادة التطوير وضمان الجودة بإطلاق جائزة عضو هيئة التدريس المتميز تحت عنوان "برنامج نقاطي" لفتح آفاق جديدة للإبداع والتنافس الشريف بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس مما يدفع الجامعة ومجتمعها المحيط للتقدم والازدهار.
أهـداف الجـائـزة:
تحفيز عضو هيئة التدريس لتقديم أفضل الممارسات والتطبيقات.
خلق بيئة أكاديمية إبداعية تنافسية.
اكتشاف المواهب المتعددة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة.
الارتقاء بعملية التعليم والتعلم لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
إثراء الأبحاث العلمية الرصينة من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
المشاركة الفعالة في خدمة المجتمع.
المعنيون بالجائزة .. ؟
يستطيع كل عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم* التقدم للمشاركة للتنافس على هذه الجائزة والذين ما يزالون على رأس عملهم منذ عام بلا انقطاع ولا يحق للفئات التالية المشاركة بالجائزة:
أعضاء هيئة التدريس المكلفون بالعمل خارج الجامعة سواء بنظام الندب، الإعارة، أو بنظام التفرغ الكلي أو الجزئي.
أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتفرغون علمياً (إجازة التفرغ العلمي).
من يقل عملهم بالكلية عن فصلين دراسيين رئيسيين في فترة الترشيح.
أعضاء هيئة التدريس المجازين طوعياً (إجازة بدون راتب).
أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتواجدين في دورات تدريبية تتجاوز الثمانية أسابيع في أحد أو كلا الفصلين الدراسيين الرئيسيين.
من حصل على المراكز الثلاث الأول للجائزة خلال العامين الماضيين، ويمكن لهم الترشح بعد مرور هذه الفترة.
أعضاء كل من اللجنة الإشرافية للجائزة واللجنة التنفيذية للجائزة.
Why the prize ...?
The faculty member is an essential axis in any educational institution that seeks to advance and progress, so the educational system cannot be completed with its three dimensions, effective teaching and learning, and sober scientific research, and community service except with a distinguished and ambitious university professor. In view of King Faisal University’s keenness to provide a stimulating academic climate for its faculty members, both men and women, the Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance launched the distinguished faculty member award under the title “Naqati Program” to open new horizons for creativity and honorable competition between faculty members, which drives the university and its community The ocean of progress and prosperity.
Award's objectives:
Motivating the faculty member to provide best practices and applications.
Create a competitive creative academic environment.
Discover the multiple talents of the university's faculty.
Upgrading the teaching and learning process for faculty members.
Enriching discreet scientific research by faculty members.
Effective participation in community service.
Those concerned with the award ..?
Each faculty member and the like * can apply to participate to compete for this award and those who are still in the job for a year without interruption and the following categories are not entitled to participate in the award:
The teaching staff assigned to work outside the university, whether by secondment or secondment, or by a full or partial full-time system.
Full-time academic faculty (sabbatical leave).
Those whose college work is less than two main semesters in the nomination period.
The voluntarily authorized faculty members (leave without pay).
Faculty members who are on training courses of more than eight weeks in one or both of the main semesters.
Whoever obtains the first three places of the award during the past two years, and they can run after this period has passed.
Members of both the award supervisory committee and the award executive committee.
